A minimum stay of two nights is required.

• The maximum number of guests in a studio is two.

• The maximum number of guests in a two-bedroom / two-bathroom unit is four.

• We can additionally accommodate one toddler aged two years or younger.

• Pets are not allowed.

You can book your stay using Airbnb, but please note they charge a booking fee. Airbnb links will be provided once you proceed with booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Full Refund: If you change your mind, message us within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

• More than 60 days prior to arrival: A 10% fee of the total booking amount applies.

• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund is provided.

If we are able to rebook your dates after cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
